Pink 3D Puff HTV Heat Transfer Vinyl ☆

Puff Heat Transfer Vinyl is a great way to add a fun, 3D look to your favorite projects. Puff Heat Transfer Vinyl is designed for the direct-to-garment application of graphics, text, and designs. It is engineered to withstand the heat of high-temperature garment presses. This vinyl allows you to get a great effect that is hard to get from other methods, and it's great for making your own tees or decorating t-shirts made from cotton, polyester, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic or similar textiles but is not suitable for stretch fabrics.

Puff heat transfer vinyl is a super soft, heat transfer vinyl with a clear, light adhesive backing which is easy to cut and weed making it perfect for your Cricut and other cutting machines.

Puff PU may not expand correctly if the design is cut too large. Please keep solid square / rectangular blocks below 40mm. Heat Press testing prior to use, is strongly recommended, as puffing results may vary depending on the heat press conditions, Puff colours, design size and fabric being heat pressed. Hot peel immediately, and remove from the item while giving the garment a shake.

Application Instructions:

IMPORTANT: Puff is not like regular HTV. Due to the heat sensitive nature of Puff HTV, it's very important to read through the application guidelines below, and make test prints before production. This is to ensure your displayed heat press temperature can be matched with the Puff HTV, as we see displayed temperatures that are +/- 25C the actual output temperature. If you need to make adjustments outside of our guidelines, we recommend that you do so in +/-5C increments.

Differing fabrics will also affect how Puff PU heat presses, due to different stretch properties of for example, 100% cotton / poly blend / hoodie. The pigment used to make the different colours of Puff PU, does react differently to heat, so please test each colour before production.

3D Puff:
Cut your text or design in reverse and weed out excess film.
Set your heat press to 135°C. (if you are experiencing over puffing with a wrinkled effect, please reduce the temperature. You can achieve good puffing results as low at 110°C).
Apply medium and even pressure across your transfer.
Press for 10 seconds.
Hot peel the release liner immediately and remove from the platen while giving the garment a shake.
Washing guidelines - wool, 40°C, do not tumble dry, iron inside out on low heat, no bleach / stain remover / fabric conditioner.

All our fabric and vinyl is cut by hand so while we try our best to be exact, we are only human so there might be a slight discrepancy in size by +/- 10mm
